Shader Compile Time

Hello,

I just recently downloaded and installed AT2 to check out the progress on it.
I'm running Unity Pro 4.5.5 and already run Alloy and SkyShop. As we all know Unity has forever been plagued with slow compile times for Shaders, but Shader frameworks like Alloy are especially susceptible to this.

So, before I installed and setup AT2 on my development box, Unity compiled my project fine.
Now, after installing AT2, the Shader Compiler has completely lost it's mind again. So far I'm 90 minutes into a build that normally takes 30 seconds.

Any idea why installing AT2 would cause this?

Thanks,

So,

This only happens if I build from the Build Menu itself.
If I just use Ctrl+B It works fine and compiles in less than a minute.

Hi John,

The AT2 integration packages add a few more shader variants. But the difference you're reporting is too high indeed.

Any idea which ThirdParty integration package, in particular, is causing the problem?

We'll run some tests as soon as possible. However, there's a high probability that Unity is to blame.

Any chance you can give 4.6.0 RC3 a go?
