Put a Texture in Shader Editor

The color of Texture becomes intense

Shader Editor Setting is Default

Without special processing

All Texture seems to do it.

Unity Version is 2018.2

Hello,

That's only in the preview window, it's a Unity related "issue".

Works as expected in the actual game and scene view:

Is your project set to Gamma or Linear?

We would be happy to test a sample on our side.

Thanks!

Textures too small to examine.

Please use Imgur.

Hello, the result you're getting in your tests is expected, since in order to match your shader's results with other shaders you'll always have to open the target shader's code in order to compare and copy its operations and values.

In this specific case, you'll have to download Unity's Built in Shaders and edit the 'Particle Add.shader' file so that you can examine how Unity has set up this specific shader.

In any case, you should be able to achieve similar results by using the Particle Template that we provide in the ASE package with the following setup:

You may download this sample here, for your convenience:

Please let us know if this helps, thanks!
