Flipbook panner

Node-based Shader Editor

Flipbook panner

Postby ePiQue » Sun Mar 10, 2019 5:55 pm

Hey guys,

I'm currently trying to do this :

Get a specific texture from my atlas, apply a panner to the uvs of the selected texture.

Thanks to the flipbook node I achieve the first part. However, I'm currently struggling with the second part, wich is combining the new uvs to the panner :/

The thing is it keeps the old uvs aka the spritesheet and not the uvs from the selected texture.

Appreciate any help :

Hello, you might have to set up an additional Texture Sample and set its mode to Reference while referencing the original sampler used:

This reference will then accept the custom UVs that you want to pass.

Please let me know if this helps.
